Grapple Loaders & Trailers are efficient and strongly built equipment for use all year round. Due to many available mounting alternatives, wide ranges of accessories and versatile operating features, the Nokka loaders & trailers are well suited for various loading and lifting tasks on different kinds of base machines.

The Nokka grapple loaders are numbered the following way. The first two numbers of the four-digit model number show the gross lifting moment in kNm. The two last ones mark the reach in decimeteres. The most central features describing the performance of a Nokka-loader are its lifting capacity, range of movement and reach. In terms of the gross lifting moment, the whole loader range features seven sizes and a total of thirteen different basic loader models: 25L2, 3367H, 3668H, 3668HL, 4357, 4368H, 4386HL, 4372H, 4372HL, 4970HL, 4976HCL, 5269HL, 5282HCL, 6068HL and 6084HCL.

For all Nokka loaders, the maximum lifting pressure is 175 bars. The loader features and structures are carefully designed and professionally built, without just increasing the working pressures to obtain higher lifting values. It is important that the hydraulics system of the tractor is not overcharged by the loader. In case the hydraulics of the tractor is inadequate, a separate hydraulic system can be mounted on every loader and trailer model.

Common with all Nokka models is that their structure and properties are carefully designed in order to maintain the lifting capacity at the same level at different boom heights. This is particularly important when loading timber onto the forest trailer over the poles. The wide-angle joint featured in every loader model, enables wide movements and great folding and unfolding strength of the boom. After selecting the loader model one can either select a 3-point or a flange mounting. From the 52-range down, a flange-mounted loader can also be equipped with a so called 3-point flange adaptor and linked through a 3-point coupling either to the mounting device or the drawbar of the trailer. With model-specific adaptors, a Nokka loader with a 3-point or flange adapter can be attached to the tractor frame. The 3-point mounting allows for more mounting alternatives than the flange mounting.

Five different quality valve systems are available for all Nokka loaders;

1. A mechanical 2-lever
2. A mechanical horned 2-lever
3. An electric on/off 2-lever (He)
4. A hydraulic one (HR)
5. An all electric one (HP)

NOKKA 25L2 is the little giant of the loader series. The lifting capacity of 510 kg at 4m (1,125 lbs at 13.1 ft) and 5.1 m (16.7 ft) reach are more then sufficient for the majority of loading tasks.

NOKKA 3668 surpasses all that one would expect of a grapple loader. A reach of 6.8 m (22.3 ft), excellent lifting geometry and a powerful slew gives the NOKKA 3668 good performance in all kinds of lifting and loading tasks.

NOKKA 4357, 4368 and 4372 use the same main mast and lifting boom. The three models with the respective reach of 5.7 m (18.7 ft), 6.8 m (22.3 ft) and 7.2 m (23.6 ft) are made by changing the dipper booms and extension booms of two different lengths. With the wide range of accessories and options the 43-series is an ideal choice for a customer who wants a tailored loader for either professional forwarding or a lightweight harvesting head.

The NOKKA 4970 or 4976 together with the high capacity NOKKA 142 forest trailer provide an efficient and cost-effective means of tractor-powered forwarding. The big lifting momentum 49 kNm (36,14 lbf-ft) is enough for efficient contracting. NOKKA 4976 grapple loader has a maximum reach of 7.6 m (24.9 ft), which is achieved with two fast moving 1.25 m (4.1 ft) extensions.

NOKKA 5269 and 5282 are the new editions in the Nokka-series. With a lifting momentum of 52 kNm (38,350 lbf-ft) the loading properties have been improved by adjusting the dimensions of the booms. Model 5282 has a maximum reach of 8.2 m (26.9 ft).

NOKKA 6068 and 6084 are the biggest loader models in the Nokka-series. The lifting momentum of 60 kNm (44,255 lbf-ft) provides efficient contracting. Model 6084 has a maximum reach of 8.4 m (27.6 ft).

Nokka forest trailers come in 1-beam or 2-beam frames. In the model names, the first two digits refer to capacity in metric tons and the last digit refers to the number of frame beams. Models 651, 701, 851 and 951 are light-weight forest trailers for small and medium size tractors. The trailers can be equipped with a hydraulic drawbar, a fixed 3-point or flange loader mounting device, a front grill and two pairs of poles as standard. Hydraulic brakes are available for all models. The 25L2 loader is suitable for the 651/701. For the 851 trailer a recommended loader is 3367H. The 3367H and 3668H loaders fit best for 951 trailer.

Durable 2-beam trailers can be custom made. These sturdy Nokka trailers have a capacity of 9 to 14 tons metric. The 2-beam frame structure stands well up to the loader strain. The 952K model features a hydraulic drawbar, a fixed 3-point loader mounting device, front grill and three pairs of poles. The frame of the trailer can hold four pairs of poles. The 36- or 41-range loaders are suitable for the 952 and 952K trailers.

All 100-range trailers can be fitted with a separate 3-point or flange mounting device and a mechanical frame extension. The HD models feature a hydraulic automatic 4-wheel drive and a hydraulic aggregate. The largest 142H/HD trailer works well with a 49, 52 or 60-range loader.
